JOB DUTIES:
- Tackle sales challenges head on and be the backbone of our sales team’s support.
- Be the main point of the contract for incoming sales inquiries and leads from various channels.
- Join forces with Hackmann leadership team for company growth.
- Evaluate sales team member
- Lead the way in generating leads, focusing on specific projects to drive our company forward.
- Be the go-to problem solver, addressing any issues that prevent our sales goals.
- Manage existing customer accounts, schedule bids and provide consistent communication throughout.
- Evaluate and execute our online presence with advanced SEO strategies
- Manage social media accounts, update continuously with information and photos.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Clean Background check and MVR
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Work history of reliability, punctuality, and dedication in previous roles
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem solving-skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in Sales
